General Guidelines: Most People Need Monthly Facials

For most of my clients in Roseville, Rocklin, and surrounding areas, I recommend one facial per month. Here's why:

Fading dark spots requires consistent exfoliation and brightening treatments. Chemical peels or brightening facials every 2-3 weeks speed up results significantly. Plan for a series of 6-8 treatments, then maintenance every 4-6 weeks.

Anti-Aging Treatment Series (Every 3-4 Weeks)

If you're doing a microneedling or intensive peel series for anti-aging, treatments are typically spaced 3-4 weeks apart to allow proper healing and collagen formation between sessions.

When You Can Get By with LESS Than Monthly

1 Week Before: DO NOT get a facial this close to an event unless it's a gentle, non-exfoliating treatment you've done before.
